In the Philippines, bread was introduced after WORLD WAR TWO by the Americans. Until today Philippines is fully dependent by the supply of wheat from the American farmers. The taste of bread produced by the Americans, somehow not attractive to Filipinos. The idea was adopted and is part to the Filipino tables but not to the taste. Filipinos formulate their own versions of bread recipes to suit their taste.
The experienced of having a good training in baking locally and abroad, the TAYLOR was convinced to create a small industry in the year 2007 and opted to utilized the practice of incorporating quality ingredients to achieve a guaranteed eating quality for classic people and affordable also to lower income group.
The name "GILDELICIOUS BAKER" was opted to emphasize that the company had prepared DELICIOUSLY and quality baked products.
